OUR GUARANTEE
 
Every Truck3D product is designed and printed specifically for your Super Duty model year. If your product doesn't fit as described, or arrives with a defect, we will replace it or refund it — your choice, no questions asked.

RETURNS
 
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To be eligible for a return:
 
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must contact us first to initiate the return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
 
Because our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed or used, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

REFUNDS
 
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact your bank first — processing times vary. Then reach out to us if the issue persists.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
 
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in shipping, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
 
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
 
We will send a replacement at no cost, including return shipping if we need the original back.
