   • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

   • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Incorrect Addresses

   • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Truck3d Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

   • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos so we can assist you.

   • Lost packages should be reported to the carrier. We will work with you to help resolve the issue, but we are not liable for delays or losses once the package is with the carrier.
